I can't remember when I started designing theme parks, sets, and architecture. I've been designing (and building models of) Theme environments all my life. In college, I designed several theme restaurants as my projects. Professionally, I've worked on numerous theme park projects in addition to countless film and TV sets. I've designed several theme environments for homes and furniture in the style of films my clients chose. While I hold a bachelor degree in Interior Design, my primary business is designing scenery for movies and TV. You've probably seen my work without realizing. I started in 1978. It is always helpful to study other scenery, but I like to keep grounded in reality by studying the real thing. Even today, on the weekend, I visit historic buildings, sites, and museums and study the details. I have a large library of reference from all areas of the world and major time periods. |
Have you ever wanted a room or several rooms, or a landscape of your home to look like a Hollywood Movie Set? Kesign Design Consulting has been building and designing scenery for TV and Movies for over 35 years. We have designed theme furniture and interiors for homes like yours. A current project is an Old London theme corridor leading to a home theater. Select a style; spacecraft, western town, dungeon, Old Cairo, battleship ... Maybe you would like a saloon entrance to your recreation room or make your recreation room look like it's on a star ship. If not your home, how about a playhouse? We've also designed play houses. Or your exterior. A current project involves a fish/turtle pond and G-gauge model railroad. Any Interior Designer can put western art into your "western" style livingroom, but you need a Set Designer to make your livingroom look like it's in a western. |
