The Pentagon Wars

I did Set Designs for picture vehicles for this HBO TV movie by Jersey Films. While the plot doesn't at first sound interesting, this dark comedy was actually quite entertaining. The story was about the development of the Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle and how tests were falsified so that the unsafe vehicle would pass. The series of development drawings I made for Set Deressing showed how this 11 man lightly armored, quick troop transport became a large, 5 man lightly armored, heavy tank. AutoCAD © R14. 1997.

Note: People often ask me for copies of these drawings so that they can build their own model. These drawings were for the construction of plant-on parts to fit upon an existing smaller vehicle. They are not necessarily accurate. These parts were to build a 2/3 size vehicle over an existing smaller vehicle of an earlier era. More accurate information can be found in specialty books.
